A landing page built around one thing: getting the phone to ring. A giant call button before you scroll, a call bar stuck to the bottom of the screen, and a before/after gallery — aimed at a stressed visitor who needs an electrician in under ten seconds.
Trade searches happen on a phone, usually because something just broke. Most local electrician sites in Bulgaria load slowly, bury the phone number, and try to win with effects instead of speed and trust. The brief was the opposite of a beauty contest: put the number under the thumb immediately, and never let it out of reach.
A headline that says what and where straight away, proof visible without scrolling, and a call button pinned to the bottom of the screen the whole way down. Below that: services in plain words, a three-step "how it works", before/after photos, and a short quote form that arrives by email — nothing to run or pay for. The brand, phone number, town and photos all live in one file, so the whole site becomes a different trade's site in minutes.
A fast site with no heavy animation, built once and meant to be resold: the same skeleton becomes any local trade's site — plumber, HVAC, locksmith — by swapping a handful of values. That turns a cold pitch into a working demo instead of a mockup.
A few sentences is enough to start. You get a real answer from the person who will build it — usually within two days.
